Old-fashioned adventure comic in the style of the Silver Age classics, Legend of Hawkman borrows from the old 'Flash Gordon' comic strips in both its art style and story. Just read the whole story collected in the new DC Heroes and Villains hardcover collection from Hachette and had a blast with it. Well-worth the cover price.

Really enjoyed reading this

That made a nice change. Beginning the timeline of Hawkman and Hawkgirl. It's good to start a hero read here. Good artwork and great storyline. I'm looking forward to reading more.
