Love this trilogy
I know these reviews are aimed at other readers but, Constance, if you are still out there and checking in - thank you. I bought these books (Best Laid Plans, Twice in a Lifetime & Old Friend) many years ago. I re-read them whenever I need a lift. I shed happy tears at the end of each. Even though there are a fair amount of errors in these e-books, the stories still wrap around my heart. You manage to make excellent statements about being true to yourself, love the best you can and forgive others so you can let the burden go and carry on. I'm not sure of the availability of these books for kindle but for anyone who is looking for some uplifting but can't access them (it's been so long since publication), I think it would be worth it to buy these as used paperbacks. I think you'll like the Yellow Brick Road Gang, especially if you are past midlife.

too weird for words. Not crazy about the odd spiritual vibes either.
