The two most dangerous people in the mafia milieu meet. The Bratva and the Italian Ramirez family have been enemies for years…
After fleeing from her duties in the Bratva, Anastasia Lenkov hid in numerous countries. She is constantly hunted by her father, the boss. The hitwoman is known by many names, and each of them sends a shiver down people's spines. She is described as cold, brutal, insidious, and attentive.
Antonio Ramirez took over his father's criminal business after an accident within the family. He is considered dangerous and cunning. As a billionaire, he disguises his criminal activity through his many restaurants, hotels, and clubs.
What will happen when the most famous representatives of the two mafias cross paths? Will there be chaos? Action? Hatred? Enmity? Passion? Lust? Love?
Hey, my name is Jule, and I am a passionate author from Germany. Ever since my childhood, I have loved reading, and at the age of seventeen, I started writing my own books. When I turned eighteen, I published my first work, "His Savior."
My writing style mainly focuses on dark romance novels, where I strive to achieve a perfect blend of sweet and brutal elements. I enjoy creating complex characters who must face challenges and moral dilemmas throughout the story and often struggle between good and evil.
When I am not working on my next book, I am just a normal, somewhat boring, and introverted student from Central Europe. I hope that my books will take you to different worlds and bring you as much joy as I have had while writing them!
I thought I was straight but for Ana... ohhh I would give her my soul for free 👩❤️👩👩❤️👩👩❤️👩👩❤️👩
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
what can I say? I loved the book, got a special place in my shelf it's a little brutal here and there but I kinda liked it and the mirror scene got me on my knees, i'm going to hell but Ana and Tony are already there so is ok (I need therapy shhhhhhhhhhh)
I just read the book and it was just rad. You could tell how much work went into it. I really recommend this book if you like dark mafia romance. It has everything and you get carried away while reading. Also the plot twist at the end has me quite taken. I hope the series continues.

This book is incredibly captivating, and I mean that in the truest sense of the word. The cover is beautifully designed, and there are also small illustrations throughout the book that look amazing.
The book is thick, which may be a bit intimidating (or good, depends on you), but it really neverrrrr gets boring.
The story revolves around Anastasia Lenkov and Antonio Ramirez, two emotionless villains who work in different criminal organizations. They make a deal to kill a specific person. The book contains all the tropes one could wish for: enemies to lovers, only one bed, forced proximity, revenge, and the best part is that there is a strong female lead (love love loveeeee it).
The bonus chapters were also so, soooo sweet.
While reading the book, I laughed, was captivated by the pages, giggled, blushed, even cried, and at the end, I felt like I had lost a piece of my soul. This book has a good ending, and I highly recommend it.
Spice level: 🌶🌶🌶🌶🌶/5 Sweetness: 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰/5
The book is very well written, even though English is not the authors first language. It is also recommended for people who do not speak English as their first language.
Please note that this book is a dark romance that deals with the mafia and similar themes. Therefore, it may be emotionally challenging for some readers.
It's not enough to just read this book, I have to inhale it.
I expected action and romance, and I got it. I'm so concerned about myself that I find both main characters so damn attractive. The suspense was top-tier, and thanks to Antonio's emotional expression, you could feel his growing affection for Anastasia with each chapter. With Anastasia, it's harder to decipher her feelings, which is exactly right because she's mostly portrayed as emotionless.
To express Anastasia's feelings, the emotion she feels most strongly is listed three times (it may sound strange, but it surprisingly fits well in the book). While reading, it gives the impression that she keeps repeating it in her mind without actually feeling it.
Have you ever been upset that a book ended and didn't know what the future holds for the main characters? Well, this book has bonus chapters that include exactly that.
I'm always on the hunt for unknown books because I've discovered they're better than most of the famous BookTok books that everyone idolizes. But most of those didn't really do it for me. I've been searching for a good mafia novel for a while and found it.
At first, I was a bit skeptical, but after a few pages, I couldn't put the book down. The beginning was meant to be confusing, and boy, it was. Who's this woman? Who's she running from? The blurb says Anastasia, so why is she called Freya in the first few chapters? Questions were popping up in my mind, and it was exciting how they got answered one by one as I read along.
Anastasia is a paranoid woman, a former agent of the Russian mafia, who wonders if every person she meets is sent to drag her back to Russia. She works as a nurse, and this knowledge is exploited throughout the rest of the book. Deep down, she wants to live a normal life but can't. Then she meets Antonio. Now, here comes the familiar mafia boss—the possessive man. BUT he's nothing compared to Anastasia—his amore✨✨✨✨.
If he treats her in a way she doesn't like, all she has to do is give him a look, and he corrects himself. I love women like her; you don't often find such women in mafia books. Antonio and Anastasia soon start working together to create a normal life for her and get Antonio power - a deal with forced proximity. To achieve that, they need to find and kill the boss of the Bratva. They travel from America to Italy and then to Russia for this purpose. They reach out to all of Anastasia's old contacts to find leads that would take them to the Russian boss. During this long journey, both of them cross the line between love and hate in a really thrilling way. There's action and all sorts of things the mafia does, like drug dealing, for example. That's something I miss in many other books of this kind. It's weird to say, but I can't really figure Anastasia out and I kinda like that. She is crazy, powerful, a feminist 😄 (you will find that funny when you've read the book), a killer, and she is a woman who had no childhood. She is not a hero nor a monster but no villain either.
As Antonio said, she is a powerful woman. And this is her story. I enjoyed the flashbacks to her childhood a lot and it helped me to understand her a little bit better. I wished they had flashbacks in all books.
If you're into steamy mafia romances, you've found it right here.
I can't wait for the second book "Save Her". This is a standalone series. Don't worry, you don't have to read the second book. I have a little crush.... Raffaele Ramirez, Antonio's brother, is the mc in the book 2, I guess? I love him. He is the funny side character but I feel like he is the one with the greatest sadness inside. I know I'll love it.
. . . That was my first review ever, sorry if it sucked. 💀
As I delved into the captivating world of "His Savior" by J.C Böhme, I found myself swept away on an emotional rollercoaster that I never want to disembark from. From the very first chapter, where Ana's unwavering courage saves Antonio, to the heart-wrenching deal they strike to part ways after confronting her father, every moment is etched with raw emotion and palpable tension.
Ana, with her fierce determination and unwavering strength, quickly became my heroine. Despite enduring unimaginable trials, her resilience shines through, making her not just a baddie, but a force to be reckoned with. And Antonio? He's the epitome of a melting ice, thawing under Ana's fiery spirit. Their chemistry crackles with intensity, igniting a flame that refuses to be extinguished.
But what truly sets "His Savior" apart is its richly developed characters, each with their own complexities and depths. Every member of Ana and Antonio's worlds feels real, adding layers of intrigue and nuance to the narrative. And let's not forget Shadow, the adorable catalyst for Ana and Antonio's fateful meeting, who steals hearts with his presence.
The dynamics between Ana and Antonio, especially their handling of their respective gangs, are nothing short of awe-inspiring. Ana's prowess in business commands respect, while Antonio's unwavering support and admiration for her decisions speak volumes about their relationship.
As the story hurtles towards its climactic finale, the tension becomes almost unbearable. I found myself holding my breath, desperate to see Ana and Antonio overcome the obstacles in their path. And when they finally do, it's with a triumph that left me cheering through tears.
"His Savior" isn't just a love story; it's a testament to the power of love to conquer even the darkest of odds. From the electrifying chemistry between Ana and Antonio to the pulse-pounding action that keeps you on the edge of your seat, this book is an unforgettable journey from start to finish.
In conclusion, "His Savior" has rightfully earned its place among my top reads of the year. To Ana and Tony, whose love defies all odds, I raise a toast: here's to forever, and to a story that will stay with me long after the final page has been turned. 💯💓

Things that are casually mentioned in the first chapters are linked to things that are important in the last chapters. The book is detailed, not just in the plot, but also in certain spicy scenes, ha 🔞
680 pages WHO? I read this book in one day, and I don't regret a second.
As for the content... The two deadliest assassins must work together to fix the Mafia business. Anastasia, the FMC, speaks many languages that are also spoken in the book (Italian, Russian, German, French) - that’s just 🔥
She is the best female character I have ever encountered in a book - she is not a sunshine girl, uhm-no, if you're not careful, you'll have a knife in your throat. If you don't show her respect, you'll have to kneel before her and beg for mercy - which Antonio (who is absolutely obsessed with her) will take care of. He is one of the best and darkest book boyfriends I have ever met (morally grey but a greeeeeen flag - okay he murders people but he doesn’t cheat and calls her amore – like!!!!!!???? I LOVE HIM😍). He is 20% "you're mine" and 80% "allow me to call myself yours". You can only love him.
And the smut, oh my... 🤯 zsgfxldstgardughfaiurhg
It was the best decision of my life to give this unknown book a chance.
I can hardly wait to read Antonio's brother's book. I'm so excited.
Though I wanted to like this since I'm a huge fan of dark romance and mafia romance, I think I'll put it down for now.
Knowing the author is a German student whose first language may not be English, I thought I could overlook the errors lost in translation at first cause I was enjoying the chaotic fun of the heroine, but it got to a point where the errors got so repetitive for me that it can't be ignored. Especially with a book this long. Things like transitions that don't agree with the time/action, sentences that didn't exactly flow or agree, and passive language were glaring.
I do commend the hard work that went into this! It's not easy to write a whole novel, especially in another language. This definitely has potential. I think investing in a good professional editor who's very familiar with English would be best to help take this to another level. Perhaps I'll give this another go someday.
Book Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐/5 Spice Rating: 🌶🌶🌶🌶🌶🌶🌶/5 (discreet cover 👌)
One Tuesday night, when I couldn't sleep and was scrolling through TikTok for hours, I stumbled upon a book that caught my attention. THIS BOOK. I decided to buy it.
This book took me on an incredible journey into organized crime's dark and dangerous world: power, loyalty, love and betrayal.
The main characters struggle with their own demons and they are well-developed.
The pacing of the story is perfect. In the first 200 pages, nobody said "I love you" and I like that. I hate this fast-paced love stuff. Nobody walked into a wall full of muscles and realized it was a guy. Nobody released a breath they didn't know they were holding. No naked man is on the cover. I love it.
favorite book 🔥
no ow drama, no cheating, no surprise pregnancy and hea
I'll put it sweet and short: Anastasia Lenkov, the most brutal agent of the Bratva, meets the new don of the Italian Ramirez family. At first, both don't know who they are but eventually they find out. Different gangs. Enemies. Enemies to lovers. From the beginning, Anastasia struggles to express emotions and likes to wear the expressions others expect from her. But when Antonio enters the game, he breaks through her walls and is also incredibly sweet and hot.
"I would fervently kiss the very ground she walks on, even as we descend into the scorching depths of hell." I NEED THIS DUDE IN MY LIFE 😩😩😩😩
The whole time I was reading, I was like "walk him like a dog, sis." (SPOILER: she did)
PS I read chapter 63 with my mouth open. A tear ran down my leg too (or two) 😂
Das ganze mit der Mafia gibt mir krasse wattpad vibes aber ich hab es trotzdem sehr gerne gelesen. Wir lieben einen badass fmc
"I'm going to pick every star from the sky for you. I'm going to buy you every flower in this world. I'm going to give you all my love. One word from you and my heart is yours. I'm yours."
"You and I hold the power to destroy the world, my sweet amore. And the scary part? We could accomplish it without lifting a single finger."
"I have never encountered anyone who has meant so much to me as you do. You have the ability to make me smile, even when I believed it was impossible."
Don Antonio 'The Reaper' Ramirez: "You think you can touch or even look at someone who is mine and get away with it, don't you?"
Donna Anastasia 'The Russian Siren' Lenkov: "If you ever touch him again, or even look at him, I will cut off your tongue and shove it so far down your throat that you will choke on it. It would be an honor for me to watch you desperately try to gasp for air."
TW: death, torture, near-death, violence, sexual content (5/5 btw🌶), sa, kleptomania (is that a TW? idk), mafia stuff
