Erica's life is listless and without direction. A college dropout, she is marking time at a local sports bar while she waits for her real life to begin.

About the author

A long and rather twisting road has led me to where I am today. Originally a college drop-out when I made the mistake of thinking I'd make a good engineer, I have since returned to and graduated from Law School.

I've had more jobs than I can count, each providing me with varied experiences that make up who I am today. I've flipped burgers, sold cars, guarded banks, and defended criminals (innocent and otherwise).

I write erotic, non-consensual fiction that involves bondage elements.

I'm a huge fan of Mr. Versuch. He writes some of the better non-con stories which are just so hardcore. This one, I'm mixed on. I think it is because it's one of his earlier books. It doesn't have the same polish as his others. I can definitely see hints of this story in his Pony books as well as his book he has yet to publish.

In this one, it does have the classic twist Mr. Versuch tends to add to his stories. This one didn't work as well for me. I can't quite place my finger on it. Also, I wasn't aroused at all which is odd for me. Usually his stories give me a guilty pleasure and I'm feeling like a complete deviant. This one, it just kind of made me feel "eh". I think it's because the characters were not as well developed. I didn't feel much for Erica. I didn't care for her or the other characters in the story.

The non-con sadistic torturing were fine. It's the gritty depraved scenes I'm used to from Mr. Versuch. Since this is one of his earlier works, I should have read this one first. Now, I just really hope he comes back to publish the one he had in the works. (I think that one is his finest piece which I've had the privileged of BETA reading.) This story is recommended to kinky readers who love the non-con.

Clever title - understood and appreciated when you get to the end. Delightful character and scene development. I liked all of the characters by the end, even the villain. It has a rather standard BDSM kidnap start but has many twists and turns before the nearly HEA ending for the protagonist. I do not know if the description of the BDSM scenes is realistic or not since I am not a trained Dominant or submissive in real life. However, the story feels somewhat realistic and the ending is very satisfying.

This is a story that I wrote a long time ago. I've posted some of it here and there at various times on the internet under the name "Erica's Capture."

It has a special place in my heart as the first full-length story that I wrote to conclusion.

I've never been able to find a publisher for it, though, because it doesn't fit any particular mold. It has M/f, F/m, F/mf and lots of bondage and sexual torment.

Oh, and it has a HEA ending, too... mostly.
