My Review: This might have been one of the cutest kids book I have seen in quite a while. It will make a big impact for Munchkin since his Grandma lives so far away. The story is simple and great for really early readers. The illustrations are also completely adorable.

In a world of email and instant response a waiting for a letter in the mail is agonizing. Little Alfie writes to grandma and says "please write back" and he waits and waits and waits bugging the poor mailman. The pictures of him bugging the mailman are hilarious! Does Grandma write back? You'll have to read the book and see!!!

My 4 year old son enjoyed this book. He now want to mail letter and looks to see whether or not he received a letter in the mailbox.

3.5 stars. Another book we got from my daughter's doctor at her 3 year check up. short simple and cute about an alligator using snail mail and waiting to hear back from his grandma. He gets a surprise in return.
