It's not really a Webster's Dictionary. (That's why it states, on the colophon page, that it's 'based upon the broad foundations laid down by Noah Webster'.)
Webster is like Hoyle: anyone can attach that name to their book. (Was it King who said that?)
Second edition! One of my favorite dictionaries to cart around. It's not exactly the OED, but it's satisfying in the way books full of all the words ought to be.
