REVIEW: I enjoyed reading this story; it was surprisingly entertaining but short. Danyka lives a boring life and she wants to have fun. She has had boyfriends but never any brought her the satisfaction she craved. They don’t stick around long enough to learn about her. She is a woman with many desires and craves attention and love.
Danyka’s boss has recently married and has given her the opportunity to take a well deserved 2 weeks’ vacation until he comes back from his European honeymoon. He has left her a nice gift, an invitation to a ball where Hollywood hottest people will be attending, her transportation is paid for, her dress is paid for and her date was arranged to meet her there. It couldn’t get any better than that.
Galan has traveled the galaxy; he and his brother have traveled a lot. But something has changed, Galan is ready to settle. He has come to earth looking to find the woman who can fulfill him and can become his companion. 1nightStand is the answer. Volan is Galan’s brother and travel companion, he has had his share of fun, meeting women throughout the galaxy and bedding them too.
The plot is sweet and enjoyable. I am a Sci-Fi fan and though this read isn’t entirely Sci-Fi the idea of two hot ETs sweeping their new-found woman away makes me giggle. I like Danyka’s character, she is cute and funny and women can relate to her desires and needs. Galan is handsome, attentive and loving. Volan is handsome and vibrant, a total hunk.
This read has tons of passion, steamy sex and hot aliens. If you are looking for a short read filled with fun, romance and descriptive love-making then this is it!
An author you may want to keep an eye on!

If I haven't said so before, these 1NightStand series of books are a lot of fun covering all manner of people seeking partners with the ever knowing magical touch of matchmaker supreme Madame Eve (aka Madame Evangeline).
In SATIN SHEETS IN SPACE, the lesson to be learned is that a soul mate can be from space too, so if you don’t find the right mate here on Earth, don’t panic and just keep searching.
Danyka is working as the personal assistant to Josh Summers, film producer, and he gives her three tickets to the Kartha Studio’s charity ball, to go in his stead while he is on his honeymoon.
She is certain that nobody will ask her dance, because:
while she’d been granted womanly curves and a considerable bust, she towered over most men.
However, she still holds hope to find the one.
With her stature and blazing auburn hair, she always attracted unfavorable attention. Tonight, though, she wanted people to stare, and maybe, just maybe, her knight in shining armor would arrive to sweep her off her feet.
Just after she finishes her preparation for the ball, she sees a note from her boss’ wife telling her that they have arranged for her a date through a dating service called 1Night Stand and that she will meet her date at the ball.
I loved the way Danyka reacts to the note; Ms Jessica E. Subject unerringly pens the reactions of a real woman.
They had arranged a date for her? She restrained the urge to jump up and down and whoop in delight, blowing out a breath and remaining calm. Another part of her cringed. Was she so desperate she had to rely on a matchmaking service to find a man? A one-night stand at that?
Her gaze shifted to her nightstand, the drawer inside filled with vibrators, rubber dildos, and more. Oh yeah, that screamed desperation. All right, Eve, bring on a real man.
Volan and Galan, twin brothers who are galactic visitors from the Perrotian Galaxy, are not seeing eye-to-eye on the whole dating thing. Volan is tired of a disappointing array of women, Unbeknownst to Volan, Galan is looking for Ms. Right. Galan decides its time to settle down and find the perfect woman. He decides to try the dating service 1Night Stand to find their ideal woman. Who'd have guessed he'd hit a home run on his first attempt? When he meets Danyka at the ball, he know she is the one for both of them. But can he convince his brother to settle down too? Volan at first believes his brother has simply found a woman to share for the night but Galan explains it's much more than that.
If Danyka agrees, they could both spend time getting to know her better. A night of fabulous sex with two space travelers is (literally) out of this world, but will Danyka accept leaving Earth to be with them and follow her heart?
Wow! It’s the only word that could describe what I feel at the end of the story. Ms Jessica E. Subject created wonderful and real characters and I love every single nuance. Along with a pleasing humor:
Did they grow them that small here?
and an interesting story, she made me lose myself in the wonderful tale. I am adding Jessica E. Subject to my favorite author’s list and I happily rate the book 5 stars

Satin Sheets in Space is part of Decadent Publishing’s 1 Night Stand series. These are not your average one night stands in any aspect of the word. 1 Night Stand is the name of the mystical Madame Evangeline’s dating service. Somehow, Madame Evangeline is able to find the true heart’s mate for the customers of her exclusive dating service. While she only promises her clients a night to truly remember, for one couple after another they end up finding the mate they have always searched for.
Danyka is tall but curvaceous and considers herself unattractive because of her height. To her all the men seem to go for the pretty, petite women. She has never found a man who was truly interested in her, even the few men she dated departed after they got what they wanted from her. Danyka’s employer Josh, and his wife Tamara, were two of Madame Evangeline’s clients and are one of Madame Eve’s success stories. Delighted with their experience and wanting Danyka, who is more like a family member than an employee, to find that same happiness they have, the two arrange a date for her through Madame Evangeline. If you haven't read any of the books in the 1NS series, let me give you a little info before we start. 1NS is short for 1 Night Stand, a business ran by Madame Evangeline. Madame Eve does background checks on her clients and then matches them up for one night stands. You never see or hear from Madame Eve in any of the books I have read and all the stories are short stories.
Having read a few of these stories, I knew it would be a quick whirlwind of a story with a HEA a the end. And I wasn't let down.
Danyka sounds like a wonderfully delightful woman who society treats pretty badly because she is on the tall side. Having all but given up on dating, she is given a gift of a 1NS from her boss. Not having huge expectations, she is still let down when she thinks she has been stood up by her blind date. When she gives up, she is approached by a man who is taller and wider than her form. Instant attraction forms between the two.
Galan is ready to settle down, but only with one woman. He wants a woman he can continue to see the stars with. While going stopping by Earth, Galan signs up for 1NS hoping to find his mate, but he hasn't told his twin brother, Volan, his plans. When he meets Danyka, she is perfect in every way for him. Not able to help himself, he pleasures her in an alleyway before taking her to his ship, where he must reveal he is an alien.
The love scenes were over the top hot in this very short novella. Instantly there is an attraction between Danyka and Galan. Their large heights work well together and they accept each other right off. One thing that got me was that Galan and Volan had blueish tinged skin. That would have tipped me right off something wasn't quite right with them. Danyka takes it all in stride having believed there was life beyond Earth for many years.
She accepted the two men very easily. Almost too easily, but at time she was just thinking it was for the night and she wanted to experience things she would never get a chance to experience again. But she doesn't know right off that they have picked her for their mate. Never would they force her, she must choose: to stay home safe and sound, or to choose them and a lifetime of love and adventure.
For a short story it was a fun afternoon read while I was on vacation. I would have loved to read a full length novel of this story, but that isn't what 1NS books are about, so I didn't have that expectation when I started reading. This was a great addition to the 1NS series!

Madame Evangeline is at work yet again and this time she has gone way out of the ordinary for the lovely Danyka. Danyka is the modern day Amazon woman. She is very tall with gorgeous red hair, as endearing as she sounds, men are intimated by her. She can never find a date because she is too much for them. So one night her boss sends her an invite to a ball. She wants Danyka to have the night of a lifetime. Danyka may get more than she bargained for times two.
I really enjoyed this story. It was easy to connect with Danyka. She was very likeable and easy to relate to. I loved the connection between her and Galan. He is looking for a human woman to spend the rest of his life with. He has signed up for Madame Eve's service and hopes to find the right woman he can travel across the galaxy with. Danyka and Galan immediately hit it off. Danyka can barely believe he exists because technically he doesn't. He is a sexy alien. He is smitten with Danyka and wants her and he has no problem sharing her with his brother Volan. I loved them altogether, but this was mainly between Danyka and Galan. And I loved every second of it.
The story is short and sexy. It was an amazing rendezvous. The characters were so steamy. I love Sci-fi. I have been a fan since I was a child. So finding a story fulfilling a fantasy of steamy sex on a spaceship with not one, but two sexy aliens made my day. Warning: bring a fan.
I did have a problem or two with this story though. One: I got a feel for Danyka, but not for Galan and Volan. I loved them all, but I wish I got more on them personality wise. Although, I am very curious about Volan because he sees what is brewing between Galan and Danyka and he craves that too. I hope to find his story. Another problem, well not a problem but just odd, was Danyka's lack of reaction to Galan. She talks about Galan's skin and how it has a blue tint and she is not the least bit suspicious. I mean, I would be at least shocked by a sexy, blue alien talking to me. Just saying.
Overall this was yet another fun and sexy read by Jessica Subject. I always know I will get a great read from her. The characters are great and loveable especially Danyka. She is someone I would like to be friends with. The sex scenes are mind blowing. I had a lot of fun with this read. Make sure to get a copy, but don't read it at work.

Immediately I felt a strong connection to Dany. You have no idea how hard it is being tall and trying to find a date your size. It's just not out there and if it is, yes they want a woman that is half their size. What is that all about? Dany, I totally understand. So Dany is going to this charity costume ball thanks to her amazing boss that just got married. He leaves her tickets, a hefty bonus, and use of the limo. She immediately calls her two best friends and its an official girls night out. What she doesn't count on is the fact that her boss also arranged a date for her. Madame Eve strikes again!!
Dany is sitting at the bar two hours after her date was supposed to show up. She tries to shrug of the disappointment and gives in to the urge to pull off her high-heels. As she was preparing for another night with her trusty toys, a sexy as sin voice stops her in her tracks. It turns out that this is her date!! After a few dances, one thing leads to another and its into the back alley-way. Not as romantic as Dany had hoped but she was passed the point of no return. So when Galan whisks her away to his space-ship, Dany gets the surprise of her life!! For not only is this incredibly hot man an alien, he is also a twin!! Super hot read!!!

Danyka was losing hope that she would ever find her prince charming that is until her boss sets her up with the perfect man, but she starts to doubt her earlier thoughts when she realizes that her perfect man is actually an alien and he has a twin!
Danyka was a fun character to get to know and it was easy to relate to how she felt about the dating scene. She also learns that sometimes going with the flow of things can be the best thing that ever happened to you.
The twins Galan and Volan are as different as night and day, but make a great combination as friends and as lovers. These two are very persuasive and Danyka didn’t stand a chance.
The love scenes were steamy and will leave you begging for more so I highly recommend this fun and sexy read!

Danyka has always been the freak when it comes to dating and relationships. Too tall and outstanding features make her more of a conquest for guys versus any long term emotional connection. When her boss arranges a date with the 1NightStand dating service at a high society ball she doesn't hold out much hope. Danyka doesn't think there's a man on planet earth who could see her for who she is. Luckily Madame Eve data bases of clients include paranormal and alien life forms.
This is a feel good fairy tale quality fantasy read following the 1NighStand series formula. The relationship dynamics are m-f-m and include some serious adult content scenes that may be HAWT but short. A definite quickie read to enjoy when time is short and you're looking for a hotty book to tide you over.
My issue is that this series is using the 1NightStand and mysterious matchmaker Madame Eve but have all but eliminated any meaningful use of either of these in the individual installments. Except for a handful of references to pull in the slant that the 'date' is a result of the dating service it has no meaning or significance. bummer.

Thanks to Decadent Publishing and Jessica E. Subject for the opportunity to read and review these two stories. I am not usually a reader of Sci-Fi romance, but since it is a Decadent book, I knew I could push through and read it.
I had read Satin Sheets in Space back in December 2012, but I had forgotten about it,so I re-read so I could review. While His Alien Virgin can be read without reading Satin Sheets in Space, I would recommend reading it first since the main characters are related.

Danyka has a low self esteem with a bold personality. Which is interesting. I like that er friends decided to get her the 1NS service. Galen's POV and was strange at first. He was clearly by the title not from earth. The way his POV came off I expected him to be green. I know corny but it's just the way it came off to me. I just want to throw in how shity Danyka's friends are. Hay thanks for bringing us to the party having fun all alone while we party it up. She also said she's always their DD, seriously that should stand for doormat. What kind of friends always leave their friend high and dry. So then the book takes a random and strange turn. Of course you expect it by the title but sill it was a bit throwing. Then it goes into one step way to far for me. Aliens...ok! Threesome...ehhh not my thing! Threesomes with brothers...yuck! That's one step to far. It was actually random and I didn't understand the connection it was weird. Whatever I don't know what else to say. Weird!

This story was a little far fetched for me. It was a hot read with Danyka finding not spending her one night stand not only with one hot alien but with his brother as well. The menage was an unexpected twist.
I prefer romance to erotica. I did not think that this story had enough substance to be considered romance. I wanted to know more about the aliens as well as Danyka. They were not well developed, on a positive note the sex scenes were hot.

Really hot little story!! This was less story than previous 1Night Stand Books. Very steamy!! Two way hot menage scenes fill this short read.
The feelings seem a little rushed but it was a quick read and can be forgiven.
Kinda makes me hope to be abducted by an alien and his twin brother some day!!

Who wouldn't want two men at the same time to take care of all their needs? Even though one brother found her and wanted her the other decided that she was the woman for both of them. In all of these little stories this is the one that I love the most.
