I really enjoyed this book as I have learnt more about Tesla’s ideas and mechanics more than what I have ever previously known. He was a brilliant man whose ideas and inventions have led to the world as we currently know it, although, I don’t believe he gets enough credit for it.
My only gripe with this particular edition, is that it doesn’t include the pictures and diagrams that he talks about. There’s a lot of writing to explain it, but without the visual showing of his inventions, it’s hard to grasp onto the workings.
Otherwise, I found it to be an engaging read. Just wish it included the diagrams…
tough to believe - a young tesla says: hey uncle, i’m going to throw this stone & split a leaping trout in 2. its going to jump there & my stone will pin it & slice it against that larger rock behind it…
