Great book for thos who have already some inclination on property investment. Some medium understanding on basic property move required (zero down payment, flipping etc) as Faizul did not waste any time to explain their meaning. Apparently those newbie information can be found on PropertyWTF and Lowyat Properties forum thread. This book coupled with Milan Doshi's are essential before plunging into property investment.

This is a good insight on how one can optimize capitalism in Malaysia. Despite so many young generation in Malaysia are having trouble to own a house the author without secret reveal and share the secrete into getting a properties and setting his own investment protfolios. This might be hurt to someone who struggle to own a house as group of investors with a very large connection usually will get the first info and purchase them in pool and swamping the mass market hindering first home buyers. But the reality is this has been going in capitalist world, it is just we are living in the world were info is just on our finger tips this is not a secrete anymore.

This book is really useful for those really serious in property investment strategy. Not much on procedure, step by step, rather more into strategy in getting the jackpot. Faizul shares his experience while developed his property portfolio, from the very beginning.

This book really makes property investing look too easy lol. Easy to understand, very practical, and not pretentious.

However, if you are someone who's really particular about formating and grammar, then certain parts might irk you a bit...

A fun and practical guide that gave me a somewhat holistic view of the property investment scene in Malaysia, then. It was motivational without being preachy, and I appreciated how candid Faizul was about the risks and rewards. Great for those just starting to dabble in real estate, although there have been a few reforms now when it comes to financing that makes some of the advices obsolete. You may also not be able to achieve the same feat as Faizul, with said reforms, but that shouldn't stop you from starting out.

the writer has his own theories and he was hard working. More so, he's lucky the timing for investment for him was right. He did make investment look too easy. the bigger environment is not an investor market at times, such as now.
