It's really not a terrible book and it has a lot of information in it, but it's clearly a Wiccan book and I'm not Wiccan.

This book is one of the staples of my Pagan library. A fabulous reference book full of useful charts for your spellcasting needs. Of all my Pagan nonfiction books I only consider 3 to be indepensible. This is one of them. It's that good!
