The book is like many other self-help books before it, Thomas does nothing ground breaking. My copy came with a CD of guided meditation though and I found it to be particularly useful (some meditations "click" with you better than others).
This was a good insight, it helped educate me before implementing plans for action which helped me better understand the actions that were being suggested. I suggest doing a workbook with it
