Read during one of the toughest times in my life. This is not a book with solutions and quick fixes - because if you have had a baby with reflux you know there really isn't a solution. This book is like a big hug for the parents dealing with the baby. It reminds you that you aren't a terrible parent just because you can't console and make the baby feel better. I found it very encouraging when I was feeling very low.
