This isn’t my usual type of book I would read but actually I came away from reading it thinking anything is possible and in life you should never give up especially when you want something, whether it be work, a relationship or even when struggling to motivate yourself at the gym, NEVER GIVE UP!!
Nigel has worked extremely hard to get where he is and his motivation talks are amazing.
