I got a lot of insight from this book. I took it as part of a class at my local UU church.

Not as good as I had hoped. I agree with the idea there are four different types of spiritualities based on personality type. Unfortunately, I don't feel the author really expanded on how one can best go about exploring the determined spirituality type.
