كما هي كتابات كارين أرمسترونج ، التفاصيل معقدة للغاية .. رغم أن الكتاب يأخذك في رحلة شيقة يجول بك خلالها في كيفية كتابة الكتاب المقدس، وتاريخ نشأته والأحداث التي مرت بالعهد القديم والجديد منذ قبل ميلاد المسيح عليه السلام إلى الحداثة الغربية التي نعيشها الآن، إلا أن التفاصيل الكثيرة والأسماء المعقدة -التي تصل إلى عشر أسماء في الصفحة الواحدة- يبعدك تماماً عن جوهر الموضوع، ويجعلك تتأفف من كثرتها.
للأسف رغم حيوية الموضوع، إلا أن الكتاب لا يُنصح به -إطلاقاً- لغير المتخصصين .. إذ أن القارئ العادي سيدخل في متاهات الأسماء والتواريخ منذ أول صفحة في الكتاب، ولن يخرج بفائدة تُذكر.
للأسف رغم حيوية الموضوع، إلا أن الكتاب لا يُنصح به -إطلاقاً- لغير المتخصصين .. إذ أن القارئ العادي سيدخل في متاهات الأسماء والتواريخ منذ أول صفحة في الكتاب، ولن يخرج بفائدة تُذكر.

فقد قامت ببراعة وعبقرية بنظم غقد واحد جمع التاريخ بالجغرافيا ، الحقيقة بالخرافات ،دعوات الأصولية مع دعوات الحداثة علي جانبي الاطلنطي
التوراة بالإنجيل ، قدسية النص الالهي وروؤي رجال الدين ، دعوات المصلحين وصرخات المتشددين
اليهود بالمسيحيين، لفائف التوراة بالصليب ، كهنة دان ومملكة يهوذا مع الكاثوليك والبروتستانت
يهوه والوهيم بيسوع والثالوث
نبوخذ نصر وحزقيال بكاهانا وجولدشتين ، عزرا بداروين ونيوتن، اريوس بمارتن لوثر كينج
الاغيار باعداء المسيح ، رؤيا يوخنا وحزقيال بالصيهونية المسيحية
كل ذلك من احداث وشخصيات وأفكار وحروب وثورات ومعارك حربية وفكرية ابتداءا من عهد موسي الي يومنا هذا قامت كارين ارمسترونج بتجميعه وسرده بسلاسة عجيبة بحيث تاخذك من اول التاريخ لاخره وتتركك وقد حصلت علي تصور واضح لما يحدث في عالمنا المعاصر
