I was looking for books on professional coaching, so this wasn't exactly what I needed. There is some useful information in here, though. Things that anyone would find helpful, such as how to get along with difficult co-workers, and not be one of those for someone else. Also, goal-setting and such. This would probably be a good reference for someone who works full-time time in the business world.
