Patricia Leitch has a beautiful turn of phrase that elevates these novels to a state where they can be enjoyed by all ages - truly timeless storytelling. This story deals with Jinny's heartache when Shantih goes missing, and it really strikes the heart to see how desolate she is. I liked the quiet support of Sue, and Mrs Tuke was as stolid as ever. There were some funny moments, a few dark scenes, and a lot of lovely phrasing.

No i wątek z Klarą Burnley – super!
