As someone who’s been on and off with Italian, this resource finally helped me find some consistency. The spaced repetition method really does what it promises, words stick better, and you don’t feel like you’re starting from scratch each time you review. I appreciated the straightforward structure and how the material gradually builds without becoming overwhelming. The audio support is a nice touch too, especially for pronunciation practice.

There were moments when I wished for a bit more cultural context or engaging sentence use, just to break up the repetition and keep things dynamic. But if your main goal is to solidify vocabulary and basic grammar through regular review, this is definitely a tool that delivers on that front.

As a beginner in learning the Italian language, this book caught my eye. And I’m thrilled about it! 🤩

It’s easy to start with and the more you advance, the level goes up.

It has a good build up, first vocabulary ( divided per theme such as the days of the week, animals, anatomy,…

Next is grammar which is explained very well, with good examples for daily use.

As the book advances, you get more challenging exercises.

This guide is very useful when you want to start learning a new language on your own, in your own spare time.

This is a great resource, for at very least a brush up when you are already somewhat familiar with the language. Can't say how it is for complete beginners, but as someone who used to know the basics back in the day, I liked it. Nothing hits quite like going over what you already vaguely know. Repeatedly. Lol. Book is massive, too, if you're concerned about the value. It delves into a few more advanced concepts as well, with a solid intention to get you to learn.

Wow , this is honestly the most thorough and useful method to properly understand and retain Italian grammar and vocabulary that I have come across ( and have tried many!) .
