Lovely illustrations.
The cover has been updated since it's release, but not the words.
I bought this for 9 to 11 year olds and even though the length and theme is perfect for 2nd language readers, I suspect some of the phrases and meaning will be lost on them.
Still, Jake is a very lovable character.
