Well, first of all, I was very fortunate to get this book! Getting this book was so tough and I got it in the popular book market in Kolkata - College Street. I have heard so much about Boris Ford from my Head of the English Department, Dr. Swarna Prabhat. When I got this book and started reading, I got it only then why he talked a great deal about him. And the classic phrase old is gold settles entirely in place about this book.
Ford has analysed every aspect of the modern age (during his time) very carefully. His language and narration are way better. For the students as well as the teachers who teach them today, this book will prove to be a gem!
