Preparing to Build: Practical Tips & Experienced Advice to Prepare Your Church for a Building Program by Mr. Stephen Anderson

Rate this book
Today's church is essentially unequipped either experientially to enter into a building program. From concept to completion, the church will not undertake a more demanding and complicated task in terms of money, risk, and effort than it will in a building program. The proof of this can be found in the number of horror stories about church building programs. A building program needs to be run right the first time. Preparing to Build provides the process, guidelines and inspiration to execute a building program; and do so in a manner that will maximize effectiveness while protecting the pastor and other leaders. Customer Preparing to Build was an incredible value, just a wealth of information. The truth and his experience jump off the pages. As a member of a small church we have many challenges. Steve's book explained them simply and prioritized them in a matter of fact format that starts the discussion down the right path.
