Got the first edition hard back in 94. Excellent if you want to explore alternative therapies for any condition. Got the expanded second edition when it came out a few years ago. Good one.
Goes into quite good detail about most every health ailment and the alternative medicine choices available. Seemed to be a fairly unbiased book that just talked about the options instead of touting one specific one or putting conventional medicine down.

What a wealth of information! It's amazing what can be done for illnesses. We just need to learn how to be responsible for ourselves. This book is great if you want to take charge of your health.
