A fun way to look at the wide variety of chili made in all fifty states. Some I'd never make but, there are a few I like. Mostly it was fun to read about the author's travels around the country and how they discovered chilis everywhere.

You probably cannot find a more diverse compilation of chili. Across the World (The US) in 50 Bowls.

I'm considering this as a potentially weekly challenge.
