Como parte de mi maestría tomé el curso de Liderazgo Didáctico. Para este curso dimos lectura a 3 libros y este fue uno de ellos. Tengo que decir que la dinámica de un capítulo por semana de cada libro, discusiones grupales y análisis guiado fue un súper plus. Hacer análisis profundo de estas lecturas es clave para descubrir maneras varias de poner en práctica las técnicas compartidas. Muy difícil imaginar en nuestra realidad isleña pero vamos por ahí.

I read the book because I had to for my class. We used portions of the book a handful of times through the first part of the class, still ongoing for the last half of the class. Even those times that we referred to the book, we did not need to use the book. This entire class did not need to use this epitome of an average book.
