Chika Shiomi has an amazing talent for depicting chilling and provocative horror stories that appeal to both shojo and shonen readers. Meh. I feel like I’ve already read this story where someone is trying to save someone else who has “turned evil,” and it’s not the most remarkable story to begin with anyway. I do still love Shiomi’s art, though.

The ending of this volume… oh my heart… Aria embracing Sakura while he’s “out”… I would’ve kissed him since their time is limited.. but that’s my romantic side coming out … Maybe a kiss might fix this shit. Who knows LOL

Series Review: Night of the Beasts was a short but very entertaining. The plot was unique and the characters had a surprising depth for the limited amount of time for character development. The ending was really heartwarming and perfect for the series. I recommend this to those who like the supernatural.
