I haven't seen this before, but it has spaces for you to write out the words you see in the book. A simple story. The art and words are Seuss, but this is not the best book he has. It is a way to get kids writing who enjoy Dr. Seuss

The book was not ours so we couldn't write in it. The nephew thought it was ok.

So I'm going through some of the kids books that they were reading when they were toddlers. I can't tell you how much fun both of my children had with this book. So go out and have some fun with this one. A great way to sit them in your lap and teach them how to write! Don't forget glitter pens and crayons either. The other fun thing is that you have a story to follow, with numbers and colors to learn. Have a great time writing with your kids.

I Can Write! is a picture book by Me, Myself (meaning the child), Theo. LeSieg, and Roy McKie that is intended for children from the age of 4-8 years old. This interactive book has spaces with lines to encourage kids to learn how to write. I rated this book 5 stars because I really like how the kids can interact with the book, it is more than just reading. The book goes beyond just having numbers and the alphabet for kids to copy but words and phrases. The bright colors and the interaction keep children focused and interested in the book. I believe this book would be really appealing to young readers especially ones with a short attention span because they can keep occupied by doing the activities. This book would also be appealing to younger kids because the some of the phrases that they are encouraged to copy are so ridiculous I would use this book when working with children by having them practice in the book and then try writing without the lines on a separate piece of paper.

A fun book where children can write the numbers and letters and words, and it all rhymes. The pictures are funny.
