This volume contains two early photographic series--"Bus Riders" and "Murder Mystery People"--by Cindy Sherman, shot in 1976, soon after she graduated from art school. It is accompanied by a CD of found sound-based music by The Glove Compartment, aka Gian Carlo Feleppa.

I respect that Cindy Sherman has a place in art history, but the first project in this book has blackface and that "character" is lit horribly, so I'm glad I found this book for free. It still had the music CD in the back, but I have not listened. Maybe one day out of curiosity, I will take it out to the car, but I can't say the book made it a priority.
