Golf RX has a lot of good advice about maintaining physical fitness for golf. I have virtually eliminated lower back pain by doing some of the recommended stretching and core strengthening exercises about five times each week. And it only took about a week to start noticing the improvement. My one complaint about this book is that it suggests dozens of different exercises without telling you which ones are most important. For example, instead of “18 stretches for 18 holes,” tell me the six that are most important. What six exercises are most important for building core strength?
There is a lot of useful information I'm this book. At this point I wish I had a physical copy to better take notes and bookmarks.
I have started to put some of this to good use, but I have only scratched the surface. It answers just about all of my questions and concerns for golf related health and exercises. I appreciate how it is broken down into different levels so you can start where you fit best.
I would recommend this to anyone wanting to improve their golf health.
