I'm going through old Art College Text books and re-reading them. I started with "Drawing on the Right-side of the Brain" and I got so bogged down with great drawing exercises that I forgot about, that I had to stop that drawing work, and pick-up another couple of books in order to not go into a drawing (right-brain) rabbit-hole.
The third Text book I picked up and read is from a Lyric 101 classes -Managing Lyric Structure. I took the class at Berklee College of Music in 1993 (via Pro Arts Consortium and Massachusetts College of Art). I was such a bad student back then that I didn't do the exercises , or did them incorrectly. I'm rectifying my bad student 1993 days and now doing all exercises correctly!
