Teachers looking for a how-to now have a great resource available just in time for post-holiday sales... get 'em while they're still hot!

The author is a PhD in communications, who runs the Johns Hopkins University graduate Communications department. 'Nuff said.

What's that? Yes, I've read it. Cover to cover. And in several stages of drafting, no less. It's really helpful. Readable, too. Breaks down the process of building a syllabi, including for online coursework, and includes samples (including one of my own that the dear author had also helped me to structure, and which I have put to use three different times as an adjunct in the Johns Hopkins University graduate Museum Studies program).

Did I mention my spouse wrote this book?

No, in case you were wondering about nepotism and conflict of interest, Dr. Falk does not run the Museum Studies department. (Not that there's anything wrong with them as hiring policies, just ask any aristocrat.)

There. That's my GoodReads review. Now go buy this book if you have an interest in basic pedagogy, fundamentals, practical aspects...

You can thank me later.

You're not still here are you? Go, fly to Amazon! Away with ye!
