The Guy Who Fake Dated Me

Rate this book
How many coincidences does it take to make it fate?

Logan and I are flirting buddies.
That’s. It.
Or so I keep telling myself.

I met Logan because he lives in the same small Alaskan town as one of my best friends. While I’m there, Logan and I decided to be flirting buddies. Two weeks of fun with no commitment. It’s kind of perfect. Only when I leave it feels like I left a part of my heart in Alaska.

Then my only single cousin tells me that he’s engaged and that I need a plus one for the wedding.

Thanks a lot, cuz.

It turns out that Logan will be in the next state over the same week as the festivities.(Coincidence? I'm not sure.) He offers to join me, and I say yes.

When Logan’s ex makes an unexpected appearance, suddenly Logan and I are fake dating so she leaves him alone and my family gets off my back.

I’ll spare you the details of how we ended up in the same hotel suite.

Just how many of these things should I ignore before I give into Fate and let myself fall for the guy?

Karly Stratford grew up in the wild west, and finds mountains helpful in telling which direction she is going. Her lifelong goals include: travel to all seven continents, become a Jedi Knight and receive a death threat from a fan. So far she's been to five continents, has a black belt in Kempo and is still working on the death threat.

She got roped into writing clean, uplifting romance by a few of her author friends, and actually enjoys it. The women in her books are feisty, strong and independent, while the men are smart, capable and focused. She hopes that by the time you finish one of her books you've laughed, you've cried, and you've cheered.

Karly also writes young adult, action-packed, science fiction and fantasy under the pen name Jo Schneider.

Fun

So many of the females in the rom-coms I've read recently are full of sass and quirky without being annoying, and Victoria is no different. I love people like that. It's someone I strive to be. It's no wonder Logan falls so hard for her! :)

This was full of funny banter! It’s a continuation of their relationship they started in the last book about Rachel. Victoria is such a fun dynamic character and Logan knows what he wants even if he’s been hurt in the past. The addition of William was intriguing. It added mystery as you discover if he will be a villain or friend. Courtney made the perfect typical villain. All and all a great book with a happily ever after! Excited for the next book!

Fake dating fun

Loved this next installment in the Curvy Girl Crew series. I loved seeing the relationship progress while both Logan and Victoria worked at becoming better versions of themselves. Lots of chemistry with a bit of sizzle!

Well done story

This was a really good story and so well done with the distance they lived apart being only one of the problems they had to face.
