Taming The Duke
There Was Comfort in Her Touch…

Alicia Spencer's first foray into Society had brought about her reputation's ruin — all through the scheming of one dowager duchess. Now her healing talents with horses had bound her to a passionate bargain with her enemy's son — Dalton Warfield, a man who'd courted her gift yet captured her heart…!

The book was an easy read, moved along at a good pace. Everything was wrapped up by the end. Clean romance with some mystery involved. And it involved horses. Also in my favorite time period, 1800s England. An overall good book.

The author didn't stay true to the manners and mores of the time period.

Era come incantato.

This book kept me interested, but many of these stories just run together.

This book was a quick read, and entertaining enough. It's mostly glances and feelings, with one sex scene. Though I enjoyed the horses and the intrigue. The writing isn't going to blow you away, but for a brief diversion it is a fun enough story.
