The article by Henry Plummer describes how the architects using the natural light. The author focuses precisely on the implications of the natural light in architectures, especially the using of sunlight. Moreover, the article gives many examples of buildings to show how famous architects using natural to make an architecture more lifelike and how important it is to obtain the skills of using sunlight when the architects and students designing buildings. Henry Plummer uses amount of pictures in this book, but there are not enough analyzing, even no analyzing about why using the natural light in this or that ways will make the buildings look more lifelike.

The book showcases use of natural light in articulation of interior spaces by starchitects like Zumthor, Ando, Foster, Gehry, Herzog de Meuron, etc. The projects discussed are mostly from Europe but it also includes a few from Japan, China & US. The quality of photographs is very high!
