This book was like a movie, so I read it while I was excited by the storyline. The main character who works as a private investigator worked outstandingly cleverer than New York Police Department, he looked like a boss of them. I also have another book of the main character, and I am looking forward to reading it the later day.

-Cambridge University, level3.
-Time:11/14= 100 minutes
-7 words summary: Marley, Patric, Joyce, murder, hotel, NYPD, escape
-Discussion questions;
1. The main character Marley is a private investigator, and he works hard. Do you want to become a private investigator?
- No, I don't. Because they need power of reasonings, and have to trace someone by hidding.
2. Joyce's husband Patrick disappeared with leaving messages "I am safe. But, I can't come home for some reasons." What would you do if your partner disappear with leaving like this messages?
-I will ask a private investigator, and start crying!!!

People whow like thriller should read this book!

1. Cambridge, level 3
2. 7/14 =20 min. 7/15 =90 min.
3. Marley, investigator, Joyce O'Naill, Julia, Patrick, disappeared, find
4. a: "He left this message on the kitchen table,". She took a postcard from her purse and read to me.
b: I was also worried about the content of Patrick's message, but I worried Joyce's feeling. I think she was thinking that why did he disappeared and what castles he involved.
5. Marley is a licensed private investigator. One day, a mother, Joyce O'Naill, and Julia, her daughter visited him. They asked him to find her husband, Patrick. Marley tried to find. There were many people, so it made me puzzled. Sometimes, I thought " who is he/her".

1.Cambridge Level3

2.4/15=80min,4/22=80min

3.Patrick,disappear,investigator,finance,death,murder,NYPD

4.a "It's about my husband, Patrick. He's disappeared and I really need to find him. It doesn't matter how much it costs".

b I thought only the person who is rich can say about money. The wife really wants to know where her husband is so I think she really loves him.

5.Joyce who is a wife of Patrick believes that Patrick isn't a murder. She didn't never suspect him of murder. I tought this trust is important and nice.

-Discussion questions;
Do you have secret which you can't say your family?
→yes i do. But mine is not so serious like Patrick. His secret was horrible because it made Joyce sad.
-It was really excited story. People who love detective story must read it. At the last part I thought it is difficult to hide in cupboard suddenly.

I know that this is a book that works as an introduction to reading, but it was too boring in some parts. One of the problems that I found is the continuing and unnecessary descrption of location. I think the ending was predictable, but that doesn't mean that inside that predictability you can't add some elements or make it a little bit longer.

Not a very interesting book as there were many boring parts where i ust wanted to skip through them. The book didn't provide enough suspense for me and the ending was quite predictable. It's a book that i don't hate but also don't love
