An excellent professional development guide for scientists/researchers or students about to start a career in science. Easy to read with plenty of practical guides and tools for self evaluation.

Inspiring text for people doing things related to research.

I have to say I only read two chapters completely and the rest I only skimmed through, but I think I may come back later to it if I feel I need some motivation.
