This is the autobiography of Amos D. Neill. This book is the first of a two-part series entitled, "My Forty Years In The Wilderness". This volume is titled, "Genesis".You are invited to discover just how fascinating one man's life journey can be - especially when that man chooses to follow God the best he can.God led Amos from humble beginnings as a mortuary worker and ambulance driver to someone Obtained a Doctorate in Theology in 1970-- Was one of the founders of the National Suicide Prevention Hotline-- Was instrumental in the downfall of the Nixon Administration during the Watergate Scandal-- Enjoyed a 34-year professional and personal relationship with President Ronald ReaganThat said, by no means was Amos an angel. In fact, his early life was trying to make sense of the tragedy, social injustice, crime and corruption that was all around him. Over time, Amos' life went from one of chaos to one of purpose - as evidenced by the progression of stories within this first book, "Genesis".Within this autobiography, Amos chose to include many of his lifetime stories, "warts and all". The reason is to be completely honest with you, the reader. Amos felt that to tell only the "good" stories and not the "bad" ones would be the same as lying to you.As a result, the stories contained within this book are intense. Edgar Hoover.The second - and last - book in the series is titled, "Eyes On The White House". This book is not available at this time. It is due out in early 2015. "Eyes On The White House" will cover the Watergate-era events in Amos' life to the present day.
