On loan from mafioso Don Bartino, Overt-Kill was destroyed in the alleys of New York City where he had been put to use by gangster Antonio Twistell. Dr. Eylan Hessman, Overt-Kill's creator, retrieves the remains of his robotic brother and vows to rebuild him. He exiles himself in a lab in northern Greenland where he secretly rebuilds a bigger and better robotic warrior he calls Overt War.
