Just about to head over to Krakow, I was looking for a good vocabulary book. In the children's section was this great, oversized picture book full of Polish vocabulary, and with an Internet link to work with the book. Great visual appeal, colorful, clear explanations - highly recommended for a quick intro to Polish. By the way, pronunciation is not orthographical (i.e., not like Spanish, where you say what you see), and the language contains diacritical symbols that change the sound of a letter, and letters that don't appear in English, so the Internet link with sound is really helpful.
