Thought-provoking book with great handling on common interactions that I've never seen generalized in very common group dynamics were conflict is plentiful. My favorite concept was the discussion on Arnold Mindell's concept of the "Edge," the line between persuasion and closing off an idea: how to get someone to that area, over the edge, and what to do when you go over.
There are other group dynamic areas that are often experienced, but that I've never seen generalized.
It definitely is a text book with compartmentalized subjects so the flow is rough and not as building as it could be.
