The book is well-detailed with clear explanations, scientific data, and tables. I did not read all the details, you guide your interest to the activity that you pursue. Nevertheless is complete with references and I liked a lot the organization of the text.

The first section on cell biology was a good refresher but the rest was mostly info most of us already know except for highly detailed training schedules.

Great book. Heavy in the scientific, but great in information. This is a keeper. Dense. Textbook for the serious enthusiast
