I love older cookbooks (I say older loosely here. This was published a year before I was born) because there's usually some unhinged things in them.

Some of the most heinous ones from this included:
Tuna & Anchovy
● This feels self explanatory. Even coming from somebody who likes anchovies.

Smoked Trout with Lime.
● For some reason, this specific recipe calls for 5oz of sugar snap peas, and 5 celery sticks that are cut into matchsticks.

Creamed Celery & Ham
● The picture was disgusting, and they chose to serve it on ravioli? It basically looked like something my dog has thrown up.

Devilled Shrimps
● Why is shrimp plural? It was bright red, and that was off putting as well.

Tuna and Chilli Bean
● I don't want Tuna around my chili.

Overall, I enjoyed this. It gave me exactly what I wanted.
