My normal genre of fiction reading reading is more Thriller, Mystery, Fantasy or Sci-Fi, but this book pulled me in with some strong characters and story-telling. A well told story of the hurts that life bring, the lies we believe, and those that help us hear the truth.

A fantastic story! I finished it in one day and one sleepless night! I just could not stop reading it. Each person in the story became alive and just like right standing in front of me. I could see a picture of them. My heart was touched deeply and tears down a few times!

A great story (and not just because I know the author). The plot kept me going, but it was the characters that became alive and to whom I could relate. I might have even leaked a tear or two.
