My first book i read it a bout yoga and i saw it so Comprehensive and useful book

Really loved this book as an introduction to yoga and other Eastern topics. It was useful for making yoga an integral part of my routine because it provided a checklist table, a schedule for incremental growth, and a means of registering change/progress in learning the postures.
