This is another little book in Spanish, this time bilingual, that I picked up to enhance my DuoLingo course.
The book is basically a course in moral actions; however, I have to take umbrage with the apparent emphasis on obeying and following rules without any mention of what to do when a rule is simply wrong. English or Spanish, such indoctrination of children is something I rebel against.
How 'bout we add one more thing, Ms. Schuette? —No tengo miedo a decir cuando algo anda mal.— "I'm not afraid to say when something is wrong/bad." Perhaps with that little addition, not only would I have given the book five stars, it would perhaps let children know that they can make a difference by not simply following along with the crowd.
