I see that there are perhaps 20+ volumes of this series; I have 9. I'm glad I don't have more because I can only stand a limited amount of pessimism regarding my fellow human beings.
this manga does an excellent job at portraying self-harm and the emotions that come with it. it is very graphic though, so trigger warning for the entire series, but exactly Suenobu's not shying away from portraying scenes that are difficult to look at is what makes this manga so important. I think it really will help people who have gone through similar things feel less alone.
