Haven't made anything yet, but lots in here looks good - like tempeh patties, chick pea burgers and lots of kale recipes. All vegan and sugar free and mainly gluten free too.
UPDATE! have just made (and am currently eating while typing this) the sweet and savoury kale chips and they are really really good.
My favorite new cookbook! Borrowed it from the library and then was so impressed that I had to buy a copy myself. I've loved every recipe that I've tried, ESPECIALLY the banana chocolate chip mini muffins. The pictures that accompany the recipes are really appetizing, which is always a plus when deciding what to make for dinner. Highly recommended!
