The best source I've seen for the unique clock face marking system of the HG Division, the book may be trying to cover too much by discussing all the heavy tank battalions and assault gun units. Some information has definitely slipped through the cracks, such as the Grossdeutschland's famous windmill insignia, which is not mentioned in this book, but overall an excellent introduction to the subject and a worthy companion to the other two volumes.

The last of the trilogy and likely my favorite as it covers in most detail some of the more obscure formations of the Third Reich.
