Vella Day brings you a yarn-spinning, time-hopping, mystery-solving extravaganza!
Hi, I'm Edith Emory, just an average book-loving knitter with a passion for collecting knick-knacks. When I stumbled upon a magical talisman at a garage sale, I ended up on a wild adventure. You see, this talisman had the power to transport me back in time, and by chance, I landed in the groovy year of 1969. But don't worry. I wasn't alone. I had my trusty sidekick and doll-collecting best friend, Millie Morris, with me.
Together, we're uncovering a mystery that's not just out of this world, but out of this time. Think "Murder She Wrote" meets "Doctor Who," and you'll have an idea of the fun and fast-paced journey we're on.
So sit back, grab a cup of coffee and join us as we unravel a mystery that will have you laughing, guessing, and on the edge of your seat. Because in the end, we might just unravel something even more mysterious - our own destinies.
Not only do I love my hot paranormal fantasy romances starring yummy Alpha men, but I am now having so much fun writing my clean cozy mysteries set in Witch's Cove, Florida. The star of the show? Iggy, who is a 9-lb talking pink iguana.
I've been writing for twenty-one years and have a few other aliases. I hope you enjoy all my different series.

Vella Day is a new author for me. I love the characters and the entire idea behind the plot of this story. We are taken on a journey with very little planning and no experience. Frankly, I was worried that there would be no return, but these two ladies were awesome. They helped solve a mystery and had a wonderful adventure.
I discovered this book as a freebie and I loved the cover! I like time travel and mysteries. It is a more light hearted book that I read after a heavy themed book. I like how it gave my brain a chance to relax a little! It is also funny. I look forward to reading other books in this series.
Combine a mystery, time travel and knitting and you get a nice little romp in this book. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Gotta go check to see if there are more books by this author.
I was bored by this novel, but read to the end to get credit with Goodreads. There was a great deal of talking, walking and knitting in this book but little else. The plot was weak and illogical.
Edith and Millie are great characters and fun to get to know. Really loved this story and can't wait to read more about their adventures. Highly recommend.
The book started out on the slow side but as I continued to read it seemed to hold my interest. I am curious now to see where else these characters go.
Time travel, mystery, intrigue, what more could two elderly women find themselves doing? Want to have some fun and laughs...these women have outdid themselves!
