"Being a Formula One Driver" by Sutherland is informative and easy to read. The text is offset inside boxes with captions which helps the reader follow everything that is entailed in being a formula one racer. The book contains a glossary as well as an index and various websites you can look at for more information. Real life stories, current facts and all the details involved in being a race car driver for a formula one team make this book appealing.

Recommended for gr. 5-8.
Very colorful, short paragraphs, many photos, but still manages to give an overview of the history, drivers, courses and equipment. Not very much technical information on the cars themselves, however. Reluctant readers will enjoy it.
