Well written, though questionable content. The authors reasons are sound, but I find myself disagreeing about his methods.
Deep insight and context into heroin use and drug culture, and very informative.
I feel not everyone should read this, but it can be a powerful tool for battling addiction and surviving the disease.

Not very good. More or less a pedestrian take on heroin and other sketchy shit. So many spelling and grammatical errors makes for a distracted read.
